Are you an ambitious E-Commerce leader with a passion for scaling consumer brands across marketplaces?

We’re looking for a dynamic E-Commerce Head to drive our digital growth across leading e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on ownership, data, and delivering impact.

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive P&L for all e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.) with a sharp focus on Amazon.
• Lead marketplace strategy - promotions, A+ content, ads, pricing, listings, keyword optimization, and inventory planning.
• Expand into quick commerce - Zepto, Blinkit, and more - building rapid growth strategies and ensuring execution excellence.
• Boost visibility through collaborations with marketing teams for influencer and performance campaigns.
• Leverage data for deep competitive analysis, identifying product gaps and consumer trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, supply chain, and CX teams to deliver an exceptional brand experience.
• Mentor and manage a small, high-performing e-commerce team.
