Assistant Vice President - Investor Relations & Strategy - IT / Online

FyneHand has been mandated to hire for AVP - Investor Relations & Strategy for Bangalore location.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support IPO readiness through industry research, valuation benchmarking, and DRHP inputs
• Build investor pitch decks and manage investor communications
• Lead financial modeling and due diligence for strategic decisions and acquisitions
• Post-listing : Own quarterly earnings releases, analyst interactions, and SEBI-compliant 4-7 years in equity research, investor relations, or strategy roles
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Experience in listed entities preferred
• CA, MBA (Finance), or CFA
