Job Description

Client Engagement & Business Development

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on strategic and financial matters.
• Support the Partner in origination efforts by preparing pitch materials, identifying opportunities, and participating in client meetings.
• Drive client discussions, understanding their objectives and aligning advisory solutions accordingly.

Deal Execution (M&A & IPOs)

• Lead execution of live M&A and IPO mandates, coordinating across stakeholders including clients, legal advisors, consultants, and regulators.
• Oversee financial modeling, valuation analysis, and deal structuring
• Manage preparation of key transaction documents such as information memorandums, investor presentations, and IPO offer documents.
• Engage with institutional investors, PE / VC funds, and strategic acquirers during marketing and roadshow processes.

Leadership & Team Management

• Supervise and mentor analysts and associates, ensuring high-quality output and professional development.
• Drive efficiency in workflows, review deliverables, and provide guidance on complex analyses.

Strategic Advisory & Market Insights

• Advise clients on market trends, valuation benchmarks, regulatory environment, and potential transaction structures.
• Provide insights on sector-specific developments in TMT, FIG, Healthcare, RE, Infra, Industrials, identifying potential opportunities and risks.

The Successful Applicant

• Educational & Professional Background : MBA / CA / CFA with 5+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory, preferably with exposure to IPOs and cross-border M&A.
• Transaction Experience : Demonstrated ability to lead deal execution end-to-end, including valuations, financial modeling, drafting transaction documents, investor interactions, and regulatory processes.
• Client Orientation : Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships, manage senior stakeholders, and contribute to origination efforts.
• Sector Knowledge : Familiarity with TMT, FIG, Healthcare, RE, Infra, Industrials with an ability to quickly grasp sector-specific dynamics
