Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr Manager / AVP / VP - Business Development, Incentive Automation located in Mumbai. The role involves developing and executing business growth strategies, identifying and acquiring clients, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. The candidate will contribute to revenue growth by crafting tailored solutions to meet partner needs, analyzing market trends, and driving the implementation of incentive automation strategies. Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
