We originated with a small team in London and India, but have grown to 50+ core members and 20+ online staff. Our mission is to prepare students for success through mock interview sessions conducted online. Since 2018, we've facilitated over 5000 visas and have been recognized in the 'Asia Book of Records' and 'India Book of Records' for hosting the largest overseas education seminar.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Overseas Student Counsellor based in Kochi. The Overseas Student Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance and counseling to students interested in studying abroad. This includes career counseling, supporting students throughout the application process, and conducting mock interviews. The role also involves close communication with students and their families to ensure they receive the best possible advice and support. Providing excellent customer service and up-to-date information on educational opportunities will be essential to the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Background in Education or related field
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students and their families
• Knowledge of the study abroad processes and international education systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the overseas education consultancy industry is a plus
