Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor located in Kochi. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and counseling to students interested in studying abroad, helping them make informed decisions about their education and career paths. Daily tasks will include conducting counseling sessions, assisting with applications, and handling customer inquiries. The counselor will also provide career counseling and support throughout the student's journey.

Qualifications

• Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of the Education sector
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or related field is preferred
• Experience in study abroad consultancy or education industry is a plus
