We’re on a mission to make diagnostics simpler, more transparent, and accessible for everyone. We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who is confident, presentable, and passionate about marketing, communication, and brand partnerships. Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to pathology services and packages.
Explain tests, health check-up packages, and ongoing offers to patients.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable pathology packages.
Promote and sell diagnostic test packages to new and existing customers.
Maintain professional and empathetic communication with patients.
Accurately record patient details, bookings, and inquiries in the system.
Follow up with interested customers to ensure conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams for phlebotomy scheduling and samplecollection.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer feedback and service-related queries effectively.
Requirements
Minimum qualification : Graduate (Any stream)
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Strong sales and convincing ability with a customer-first attitude.
Prior experience in pathology, healthcare, Telecalling, or customer servicepreferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and target-oriented approach.
