Key Responsibilities :
Social Media Ownership
Plan, execute, and manage daily content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Grow the community with a clear focus on reach, engagement, follower quality, and retention.
Maintain a consistent brand voice that is modern, bold, and aligned with EMotorad’s identity.
Content & Creative Strategy
Build monthly content calendars with a mix of reels, static posts, product highlights, brand stories, customer testimonials, and campaign content.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and videographers to deliver high-performing creatives.
Stay on top of trends, formats, and platform updates and use them to keep EMotorad relevant and ahead of competitors.
Data & Performance Tracking
Track platform insights, campaign analytics, and audience behaviour to refine strategy.
Identify high-performing content and double down on what works- cut what doesn’t.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Community Engagement
Actively manage comments, DMs, and community interaction to build a loyal and responsive audience.
Coordinate with customer support when needed for query redirection.
Identify influencer collaboration opportunities and manage micro-influencer partnerships.
Brand Building Initiatives
Support brand campaigns, product launches, event coverage, and storytelling initiatives.
Help maintain a strong visual identity and messaging across all touchpoints.
Work closely with the leadership team to bring fresh ideas for brand visibility and digital growth.
Requirements :
0–2 years of experience in social media management, brand marketing, or digital growth roles.
Strong understanding of social media ecosystems, trends, algorithms, and analytics tools.
Ability to build content strategies that deliver measurable results.
Basic knowledge of design / video workflows so you can brief teams effectively.
A sharp sense of aesthetics, brand tonality, and storytelling.
Solid communication skills- both written and verbal.
A data-first mindset with the ability to make decisions fast.
Bonus : Experience with influencers, reels, UGC content, or working with lifestyle / consumer brands.
