Job descriptionCreate and manage brand communication strategies and campaigns. Draft and edit content for product launches, press releases, and investor updates. Work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to bring brand ideas to life. Manage visual storytelling through compelling design and clear communication. Bachelor's or Master's in Design, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. 4–8 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, communication, or design (preferably in a Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Strong visual sense with attention to detail, color, and layout. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. A proactive, creative, and collaborative approach to problem-solving. Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Brand, Communication & Design Manager who can think strategically,
communicate effectively, and design beautifully. You will be responsible for creating and executing all
visual and communication materials — ensuring the IDAN brand stands out consistently across every
platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity and tone.
- Conceptualize and design marketing materials — including brochures, social media creatives,
packaging, digital ads, and event collaterals.
