PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for User Support of associates across the enterprise (North America and Non-North America) via Support Mailboxes and CaseManagement Tools - Identifies requirements, resolves issues, provides user direction on system functionality and escalates more complex issues in compliance with defined SLAs.Supports COE project work and configuration changes / enhancements in Workday Time Tracking, Time Off and Absence.Acts as the Workday security administrator by adding / changing / deleting and reviewing user access;adds new fields, troubleshoots access and population issues, makes corrections and updates security profiles in accordance to SOX issue process;adds / changes / deletes and reviews user access that may feed other systems.
Creates custom reports per business requirements such as tardiness, overtime costs, headcount, finance, payroll, HRMS legal reports, and ad-hoc.Responsible for the user testing of outstanding SOX issues, new time and attendance plans for HRMS system.Responsible for system upgrades and process adjustments based on client feedback and requirements. Collaborates with HR Business Partners and Managers in the business to create efficient HR processes.Operates as the liaison between internal and external auditors for SOX compliance issues.Sets up monthly processes within Workday process scheduler and monitors nightly completion;troubleshoots when problems occur with processes.
Troubleshoots error reports received from third party systems;liaises with HR and third-party vendors to correct all Benefits, Payroll, and HCM interface errors.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS : Requires some training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year Bachelor’s Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education;normally requires a minimum of 3-5 years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
