About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Workday Functional Analyst with hands-on experience configuring Workday modules, especially Recruiting, HCM, and Security , for enterprise HR solutions. You will design workflows, dashboards, and career site configurations while collaborating with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth HR operations.

Responsibilities :

• Configure and maintain Workday modules : Recruiting, HCM, Security.
• Set up Recruiting workflows (assessments, background checks, interviews, offers).
• Manage job requisitions, postings, and career site layouts.
• Integrate electronic signature tools like Adobe Sign.
• Document configurations and guide HR teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement system improvements.
