Key responsibilities :
R esponsible for end-to-end business development for workplace interior fitout, design and build fit out project & Basebuild, green field projects i.e. prospecting via cold call, LinkedIn, setting up meetings, presentation of company’s capabilities, demonstrating solutions, negotiation, closing the sale and billing.
- Researching organizations, Competition scan for international property consultant, Property consultants, Interior Design and Build firms
- Connecting with third party corporate advisors such as IPCs and Local commercial leasing agency for Leads and collaboration.
- Developing, maintaining, and improving relationships with key accounts to maintain a high level of service and client loyalty.
