Technical Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and manage client relationships in the printing and packaging sector
• Identify customer needs and provide ink / varnish solutions
• Conduct product trials, demos, and troubleshooting at client sites
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to meet customer-specific needs
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and gather customer feedback
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities
• Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policy
