Customer Experience Operations Specialist

Job Location : Bangalore

Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-savvy individual to support audience creation, quality assurance (QA), and syndication efforts across multiple accounts. This role is essential in leveraging first-party customer data—particularly transaction and purchase data—to build and manage audiences that drive performance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and manage audience segments using first-party customer data
  • Execute QA and syndication of audiences across multiple accounts and platforms.
  • Learn and utilize the Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP), where all audience segments are built, maintained, and activated.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and tracking of audience builds through standardized audience trackers for internal team reference.
  • Help develop and document processes and best practices around audience creation, ensuring consistency and scalability across the team.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support cross-functional alignment and visibility into audience strategies.

Qualifications :

  • Understanding of or ability to quickly learn how to work with customer data, particularly transactional and behavioural data.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with experience in tracking and documentation.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to build scalable processes and knowledge-sharing resources.
  • Ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools as this role is primarily working in the ZMP
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
