As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving growth. - 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable Experience in Social Media, SEO, PPC, Website Development, Performance Marketing, etc.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or Account Management.
