Job Summary :
We are looking for a Telecaller Sales Specialist to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, explain product benefits, drive sales, and provide guidance on our health & wellness supplements. The role involves understanding customer needs, offering suitable solutions, managing queries, and ensuring a smooth purchase experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote health & wellness products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage in a simple, trustworthy manner.
- Handle inbound calls, queries, concerns, and assist with placing orders.
- Maintain follow-ups with leads to maximise conversions.
- Update customer information and interactions in the system.
- Achieve daily / weekly sales and call targets.
- Provide polite, empathetic, and accurate assistance at all times.
Requirements :
Minimum 2 year of telecalling or sales experience (health / wellness preferred).Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English;additional languages such as Tamil, Malayalam & Kannada are a plus.
Ability to understand customer concerns and pitch suitable solutions.Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-centric.Compensation :
