Global Process Expert (GPE) – Accounts Payable
Job Summary :
The GPE partners with the Global Process Owner (GPO) to implement, standardize, and improve end-to-end business processes in Accounts Payable and Source-to-Pay (StP). The role focuses on process efficiency, quality, continuous improvement, and technology integration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive process implementation, standardization, and documentation (SOPs, WIs, Workflows).
- Monitor process performance, define KPIs, and support governance / compliance.
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
- Collaborate with IT for automation and technology enhancements.
Experience & Skills :
5–10+ years in Process Management or related domains.Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, ReadSoft, Ivalua).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.Effective communication and business acumen.Experience in global / cross-cultural environments.Collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented.Personal Traits :
