General Accountant , where you'll manage core accounting operations and leverage

NetSuite ERP

to drive financial accuracy and efficiency across borders.

What You’ll Do

As our NetSuite-savvy accountant, you’ll :

Maintain and reconcile the

general ledger , ensuring accurate journal entries and account balances.

Manage

accounts payable (AP)

and

accounts receivable (AR)

cycles, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.

Lead

month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close

processes within NetSuite, preparing financial statements and supporting schedules.

Reconcile

bank accounts ,

credit cards , and

balance sheet accounts , resolving discrepancies proactively.

Support

payroll accounting , including ledger reconciliation and compliance checks.

Build and analyze

NetSuite reports ,

dashboards , and

saved searches

to deliver actionable financial insights.

Ensure compliance with

GAAP , internal controls, and audit requirements.

Collaborate cross-functionally with

Sales, Operations, and HR teams globally , ensuring transactional accuracy and system alignment.

Assist with

NetSuite optimization , including workflow enhancements and automation opportunities.

Contribute to

ad-hoc projects , audits, and process improvement initiatives.

Global Collaboration

This role requires

excellent verbal communication skills

to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones. You’ll report directly to our

Chief Financial Officer based in the United States , making clear and confident communication a key success factor.

What We’re Looking For

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

Experience : 2–5+ years in general accounting, with

2+ years of hands-on NetSuite ERP experience .

NetSuite Expertise : Proficient in

GL, AP, AR , and reporting tools; familiarity with

SuiteAnalytics

is a plus.

Excel Mastery : Advanced skills in

Microsoft Excel

(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).

GAAP Knowledge : Strong grasp of accounting principles and compliance standards.

Analytical Mindset : Detail-oriented with a knack for solving complex financial puzzles.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication to engage with global stakeholders.

Agility : Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Bonus Points

NetSuite Certification : SuiteFoundation or Certified Financial User.

Experience with

Fixed Assets ,

Inventory Management , or

multi-entity accounting .

Proven track record in

process automation

and

system enhancements .
