Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager located in Connaught Place, New Delhi. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for managing HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development. This role will involve developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and enhancing the overall employee experience. Additionally, the Senior HR Manager will support organizational development and contribute to strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Should have prior-experience in the FMCG Industry with expertise in Sales & Ops Team-hiring across the Delhi-NCR region.
• Experience in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Proficiency in performance management and employee training and development
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and handle multiple HR functions efficiently
• Relevant experience in strategic HR planning and organizational development
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Proven track record of enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency
