Job description

We, Trijog - Know Your Mind, are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in managing and supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources and a commitment to creating a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Recruitment and Onboarding :

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Develop job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms.

  • Employee Engagement and Relations :
  • Implement and monitor employee engagement programs and initiatives.

    Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and effective manner.

    Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

  • Performance Management :
  • Assist in the performance appraisal process and ensure timely completion of performance reviews.

    Provide support to managers in developing and implementing performance improvement plans.

  • Training and Development :
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

    Support career development initiatives and succession planning.

  • HR Compliance and Policies :
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

    Update and maintain HR policies and procedures.

  • Payroll and Benefits :
  • Assist in payroll processing and manage employee benefits administration.

    Handle employee records and ensure accurate documentation.

    Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a mental health or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
