This includes salary structures, bonus plans, health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.Market Analysis : To conduct regular salary surveys and market research to ensure the organization's pay scales and benefits are competitive and attract top talent.Job Evaluation : Responsible for job analysis and evaluation to determine the relative worth of jobs and establish internal equity.Budgeting & Administration : To manage the budget for compensation and benefits programs and oversee their administration, including payroll coordination and benefits enrollment.Legal Compliance : To ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with relevant laws and regulations in India, such as the Payment of Wages Act and the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act.Performance ManagementFramework Development : To design and manage the company's performance management system, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
