CHS consists of Consumer Products and Healthcare sectors.

Consumer products largely entail, Retail and Agri business. Companies in this sector meet the demands of consumers all around the world, every day; providing everything from agricultural crops to food, clothes, durables and retail experiences. We help clients to capture new sources of profitable growth, rethinking how and where they bring value to consumers, today and into the future. Incumbents need to shift their focus from defending what they have to creating what they need to become.

The Health Sciences & Wellness architecture brings together a worldwide network of professionals to build data-centric approaches to customer engagement and improved outcomes. To retain relevancy in today's digitally focused, data-infused ecosystem, all participants in the sector must rethink their business practices, including capital strategy, partnering and the creation of patient-centric operating models.

SaT - TCF - M&A Advisory :

Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. Using our Capital Agenda framework, we work with clients to find answers to today's toughest strategic, financial, operational and commercial questions. We help corporates, private equity, governments, sovereign wealth funds, private and family businesses, and educational institutions with their key financial issues. Our team helps clients manage their risk / return trade-offs to support them with better decision-making around financing and capital efficiency.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Competence in financial analysis, understanding company financials

Financial modelling and preparation of collaterals

Valuation of companies

Understanding of market landscapes and preparation of pitch documents and deal collaterals

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification

• PG from a Tier 1 Institute with a focus on leading delivery of consulting projects in a professional services environment
• Strong financial acumen in terms of financial modelling / concepts (CFA preferred)

Experience

3-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in an investment bank.
