Consumer products largely entail, Retail and Agri business. SaT - TCF - M&A Advisory :

Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights for M&A transactions. Proficient in applying general consulting skills to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions. Experience in conducting market research and due diligence to inform strategic decision-making. Strong understanding of financial modeling techniques to evaluate potential acquisitions. Ability to synthesize findings and present technical information clearly to stakeholders in M&A contexts.
