Responsibilities
- Identify emerging consumer trends, behavioral shifts, and category insights to drive innovation.
- Create strategic briefs for new product development based on consumer insights and market opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Design and Development teams to ensure product upgrades and innovations align with market needs and brand vision.
- Drive content strategy across digital, social, and offline channels to build brand equity and storytelling consistency.
- Build and scale influencer partnerships to amplify brand credibility and reach.
- Build and integrate online and offline marketing efforts performance marketing, content, experiential retail, PR, partnerships, and more.
Requirement
Min. 8 years of experience in Brand Strategy, Product Marketing, or NPD.Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and design thinking.Proven experience in driving successful new product launches and category innovations.Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skillsHave worked with new-age D2C or consumer brandsSkills Required
