Job descriptionProject brochures, leaflets, flyers, and sales kits Website pages, blog posts, and SEO landing pages Social media posts, ads, captions, and reels Emailers, newsletters, WhatsApp campaigns Print ads, hoardings, and AV scripts Create emotionally engaging, persuasive content that drives buyer interest and lead generation. Work with SEO / SEM teams to develop keyword-rich content for improved search visibility. Assist in writing Google Ads, Meta Ads, remarketing copy, and retargeting campaigns. Support content development for property portals (e., 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com). Maintain consistent brand tone across all content formats and platforms. Uphold quality standards and proofread all copy for accuracy, grammar, and messaging alignment. Analyze trends in real estate communication, buyer behavior, and competitor content strategies. Use insights to craft relevant, customer-centric Master's in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field. 3-6 years of experience in content writing, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or digital marketing agencies. Excellent written and verbal communication in English (regional language proficiency is a plus). Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities for both B2C and B2B audiences. Familiarity with SEO principles, Google Analytics, and CMS tools (WordPress, etc. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
