About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in marketing IT consultants, building strong vendor relationships, sourcing suitable job requirements, and driving successful placements in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants (H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC, OPT, CPT) to vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
- Source job requirements from vendors, job portals, , networking groups, and client contacts.
- Submit consultant profiles to matching requirements and follow up for interview feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Prime Vendors , Tier-1 partners , and clients.
- Negotiate rates to ensure competitive compensation for consultants.
- Coordinate daily with consultants regarding marketing updates, submissions, and interview progress.
- Maintain internal submission trackers, reports, and documentation accurately.
- Collaborate with management to achieve weekly and monthly placement targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–5 years of proven experience in US Bench Sales.Strong understanding of US staffing processes, immigration categories, and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).Existing vendor contacts and hands-on experience working with Prime Vendors.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Demonstrated ability to close positions quickly and effectively.Preferred Skills
Experience marketing consultants in technologies such as Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, Data Engineering, Full Stack , or other niche skills.Familiarity with ATS / CRM systems.Strong vendor network and market insights.
