- Market a diverse range of candidates to top-tier vendors, partners, and clients.
- Efficiently utilize various job portals and internal databases for candidate sourcing.
- Submit quality resumes to relevant job openings and manage the follow-up process diligently.
- Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients seamlessly. Relationship Management :
- Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, clients, and partners.
- Provide continuous support and feedback to consultants for their performance and career growth.
- Ensure clear communication with consultants regarding roles, responsibilities, and client expectations. Negotiation & Onboarding :
- Skilfully negotiate pay rates with vendors and clients, prioritizing competitive compensation for consultants.
- Facilitate offer negotiations, streamline onboarding procedures, and handle compliance documentation efficiently.
- Ensure the timely submission of essential documents for smooth onboarding processes. Reporting & Pipeline Building :
- Manage an active consultant pipeline and upcoming availabilities effectively.
- Generate insightful reports on submissions, interviews, placements, and client feedback.
- Track key performance metrics like interview-to-submission ratio, placement rate, and revenue impact. Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Proven 5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
- Proficiency in US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
