Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing offers. They will also be responsible for account management, maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and meeting recruitment goals. Day-to-day activities include candidate sourcing, resume screening, communication with hiring managers, and coordinating recruitment activities.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting
• Strong Account Management skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in bench sales recruiting is a plus
