Hiring for HR Tech Recruiter

We are looking for a highly motivated Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will partner with our clients to understand their specific needs and identify top talent for their open positions. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires. Also, we have good incentive pay structure.

• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in a variety of roles.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent sourcing skills and ability to identify top talent.
• Good EXperience in C2H Hiring for client requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• A positive and results-oriented attitude.
