Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their mental wellness needs.
• Clearly communicate Shifa Therapy’s programs, benefits, pricing, and on-boarding steps.
• Handle inbound and outbound interactions with international clients.
• Achieve monthly enrolment and conversion targets.
• Build strong, long-term relationships to improve client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage all client interactions within the CRM system.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and lead tracking using CRM tools.
• Work closely with the leadership team to share feedback, improve processes, and support strategic initiatives.
