Marsh is seeking candidates to join its operations organization for the following position based in the Mumbai and Noida office

Designation : Senior Manager – Business Analysis

Location : Mumbai

What can you expect?

• Developing high quality business solutions in an agile context, that deliver valued business outcomes and facilitate informed decisions
• Building sustainable and repeatable capabilities that support delivery of the highest standards of service and execution
• Researching and monitoring the external landscape to identify developments and translate them into operational implications for the company (e.G. regulations impacting business operations, documentation standards and change management methodologies)
• Driving optimization of operating models across Marsh, align them to best practices and realize benefits in terms of reduced costs, enhanced revenues, better controls and improved client satisfaction
• Supporting and designing global solutions for business problems
• Identifying areas of improvement within the business processes, systems and user experience
• Managing global stakeholders and project teams in a robust manner & drive proposed change
• Building capabilities in business solution architecture and to enhance own & and team’s expertise
