Job Summary :
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with a minimum of 8 years of experience and a strong technical background (B.Tech / MCA) to act as the primary architect of product solutions.
This role is focused on meticulously identifying and analyzing business needs, gathering detailed requirements, and serving as the crucial technical liaison between business stakeholders and the development teams.
The analyst will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement of development processes, managing technical scope, and ensuring the absolute alignment of technical designs with complex functional specifications.
Job Description Architecture and Technical Design :
- Lead the Requirement Elicitation and Documentation process by analyzing complex project artifacts, including BAR (Business Analysis Report), project scope, and proposals.
- Master the creation of structured requirement artifacts, including detailed User Stories and Use Case writing, and utilizing Visio for Business Process Modeling and workflow diagrams.
- Design initial user interfaces and wireframes (Wireframing and Prototyping expertise required) that align directly with functional requirements and optimal customer expectations.
- Engage in technical discussions to assess feasibility, scope, and technical details, ensuring requirements are clearly understood by both business stakeholders and the development team.
- Ensure that the final technical designs align perfectly with the functional specifications, collaborating closely with the development team to validate technical feasibility and functionality.
Project Governance and Process Improvement :
Continuously assess and improve development processes, tools, and workflows to measurably increase team efficiency, collaboration, and code quality. Advocate for new tools, practices, or Agile Methodologies when appropriate.Execute strict Change Management protocols : document all revisions to initial requirements and ensure changes are formally communicated and approved by relevant stakeholders (Scope Management).Track and formally document the status of each requirement across various stages of the project life cycle, including recording any issues, stakeholder constraints, and potential risks (Issue Management, Risk Analysis).Gather necessary process artifacts, charts, reports, and essential configuration data from existing systems to analyze current workflows and processes.Coordinate with all departments to ensure that tasks are completed promptly and meet project deadlines.Stakeholder Management and Quality Assurance :
Maintain clear, continuous, and documented communication with stakeholders regarding requirement status, utilizing meeting minutes, email correspondence, and formal reports.Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to formally define features and set priorities.Verify that configuration data is correctly applied and ensure that test results from deployment meet functional requirements.Gather crucial user feedback during testing phases and provide essential support for Product Training and demonstrations.Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering on promises and maintaining a high level of service after project closure (Go Live Management support).Technical Expertise :
Agile Methodologies, Business Analysis, Business Process Modeling, Change Management, Data Analysis, Requirement Elicitation and Documentation, Requirement Management, Risk Analysis / Impact Analysis, Scope Management, User stories and Use Case writing, Visio, Wireframing and Prototyping, Work Break Down Skills.Functional Tools :
