Job Summary :
We are seeking an intern to support our lending and micro finance businesses in the north region.
The incumbent will align business objectives with HR practices, working closely with business leaders, team members, and HR stakeholders to drive strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Single point of contact for employees and managers in the business, providing HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Collaborate with business leaders to design and develop HR interventions for critical business requirements
Drive and anchor HR projects, including :
1. Employee Engagement
2. Recognition and Rewards
Develop and implement strategies to control absenteeism and handle absconding casesAssist in improving productivity and efficiency across the businessAlign HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring seamless execution and impactConduct monthly branch visits to :
