The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can take ownership of the end-to-end player experience. This role goes beyond making things look good, it’s about designing flows that convert, features that engage, and experiences that keep players coming back.

As a key part of our product team, you’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing to shape the future of Jacks Club.

What You’ll Do

• Own and design the player journey across web and mobile (onboarding, deposits, gameplay, retention loops).
• Translate complex crypto / casino concepts into simple, trustworthy, and intuitive user flows.
• Conduct user research and A / B tests to identify friction points and improve conversion.
• Design new features (New games, loyalty system, promotions) with data-driven UX decisions.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless implementation.
• Stay on top of industry best practices in gaming and entertainment.
