Job Mission
Lead the visual identity and creative output for HOORA. Your mission is to create high-performing, data-driven design assets that directly boost conversions, maintain absolute brand consistency, and accelerate our growth in the D2C market.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Design : Create and optimise high-performing, dynamic ad creatives for all digital platforms (Meta, Google, etc.). Use data insights to maximise measurable results like CTR and conversion rates.
- Brand Governance : Act as the guardian of the brand. Develop and enforce a scalable visual system to ensure every touchpoint—from ads to packaging—is consistent with our premium aesthetic.
- D2C Asset Production : Lead the design of all sales and marketing materials, including product catalogues, flyers, and digital feeds, with a focus on product positioning and driving sales.
- Content Collaboration : Work closely with the Content team, applying a basic understanding of copywriting to ensure visual designs enhance the marketing message.
- Cross-Functional Execution : Collaborate with Marketing and Growth teams to deliver large volumes of creative assets quickly and accurately.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience & Industry : You have 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design for performance marketing, with a background at popular consumer D2C / B2C brands (or via a high-level brand agency).Mandatory Impact : Must have a proven history of creating designs that directly delivered measurable improvements in business metrics (e.g., increased conversion rates or reduced acquisition costs).D2C Skills : Strong expertise in product catalogue design, product positioning, and high-volume asset creation required by D2C models .Creative & Data Acumen : Expert in visual design and technical tools (Adobe Suite, Figma) combined with the ability to use data to validate and improve design choices.Soft Skills : Demonstrates a foundational understanding of copywriting and content marketing principles.
