Role Description

As a User Experience Designer (Gaming) you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, visually appealing, and high-retention player experiences for our hybrid-casual Android and iOS games . You’ll collaborate closely with game designers and developers to translate complex gameplay mechanics into simple, delightful interactions. Your role will involve creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final UI designs that balance usability with aesthetic polish—helping players instantly understand, engage, and enjoy. This position is ideal for someone passionate about player psychology, mobile game UX flows, and building smooth onboarding and progression experiences that drive retention and monetization.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in UX / UI design , in mobile gaming
• Strong understanding of player behavior, usability principles , and game UX patterns (onboarding, HUDs, menus, progression flows).
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar prototyping tools .
• Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Experience collaborating with game designers, artists, and engineers in agile development environments.
• A solid grasp of visual hierarchy, color, and typography for mobile interfaces.
• Passion for casual or hybrid-casual games , with a keen eye for detail and accessibility.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design for games or interactive applications.
