Join our growing Infrastructure Services Team in Pune as a Windows Server & Virtualization Manager.

Lead a global team of engineers while ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of Hansens Microsoft and VMware platforms.

This role blends technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, driving process improvements and delivering private cloud solutions.

About You :

You are an experienced IT leader with at least 5 years in WS&V operations and 2+ years leading global teams.

You have :

• strong knowledge of VMware, Windows Server, and Azure (nice to have).
• excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• ability to thrive in a dynamic 24x7 global environment, building a culture of excellence and innovation.
