Job Title : Salon Manager

Location : Andheri (West)

Experience : 3–5 years (Salon industry preferred)

Qualification : Graduate (Diploma in Beauty / Salon Management is an advantage)

Job Summary :

The Salon Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily salon operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff performance, maintaining hygiene standards, and driving business growth. The role requires strong leadership, people management, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Operations & Service Management

  • Oversee day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain salon hygiene, ambiance, and service quality as per standards.
  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, and place orders when required.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and cleanliness guidelines.

2. Customer Experience & Relationship Management

  • Ensure customers receive high-quality service and handle their queries or complaints promptly.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Oversee appointments, walk-ins, and booking management to reduce wait time.
  • 3. Team Management

  • Supervise, train, and motivate salon staff including stylists, beauticians, and receptionists.
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate targets, updates, and expectations.
  • 4. Sales & Revenue Management

  • Achieve monthly revenue targets through service promotions and packages.
  • Promote retail products and drive upselling of services.
  • Monitor daily sales reports and support marketing initiatives.
  • 5. Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain records of sales, expenses, inventory, and employee performance.
  • Prepare weekly / monthly performance reports for management.
  • Coordinate with HR and Accounts for hiring, payroll, and vendor payments.

  • Ability to multitask and handle operational challenges
  • Knowledge of salon services, products, and trends
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office, POS systems)
