Responsible for the overall operations and performance of the club.Holds the highest level of responsibility within the gym; all staff members report to the Front Office Manager.Oversees all purchasing activities required for the smooth functioning of the club.Makes minor financial decisions related to daily operations.Actively participates in sales and is eligible for performance-based incentives.Ensures all staff members perform efficiently , maintain discipline, and meet service standards.Handles staff scheduling , including managing the roster and work timings .Expected to work flexible hours , averaging approximately 9 hours per day .Accountable for achieving the overall club targets .Manages and monitors the club's software systems for operations and reporting.Conducts public relations, follow-ups, and conversion activities to drive membership growth.Leads pre-sales and marketing initiatives , including planning and executing campaigns involving flyers, inserts, and outdoor marketing activities .Skills Required
