Trilingual Recruiter (English, Spanish & Portuguese) – LATAM Region
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trilingual Recruiter to join our team, focusing on talent acquisition across Latin America. The ideal candidate will be a creative and driven professional with exceptional interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of LATAM labor markets. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. About the Role
ADP’s RPO team is hiring a Trilingual Recruiter fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese to support recruitment across LATAM countries . The role involves end-to-end hiring, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement across diverse markets like USA, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and Chile.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across the LATAM region.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver top-quality talent.
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
Conduct screenings and interviews in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Coordinate interviews, manage candidate experience, and maintain accurate data in the ATS.
Support recruitment reporting and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Fluent (spoken and written) in English + Spanish or English + Portuguese or English + Spanish+ Portuguese are mandatory .
Spanish and Portuguese certification level “B2” and above
Preferably 1 to 3years of experience in recruitment for LATAM or multilingual roles.
Experience in RPO, staffing, or global recruitment operations is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in evening shifts (18 : 30 to 03 : 30 IST) and in a hybrid setup (3 days WFO).
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS tools.
