With a strong presence in the industry and a growing team, we are looking for a strategic and experienced HR Head to lead our human resource functions effectively.

Role Overview :

As the HR Head, you will play a key leadership role in shaping and managing the organizations people strategy. You will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent while ensuring HR operations align with our business goals. This role requires a strategic mindset, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate, construction, and interior design industries.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Develop and implement hiring strategies for real estate, construction, and interior design roles.

Build a strong pipeline of skilled labor, engineers, architects, interior designers, project managers, and site supervisors.

Ensure a smooth onboarding process to integrate new hires effectively.

2. Employee Engagement & Performance Management

Establish a high-performance culture with structured performance evaluation frameworks.

Drive employee motivation, retention, and engagement programs to enhance productivity.

Develop and implement reward and recognition programs.

3. HR Compliance & Policies

Ensure labor law compliance (BOCW Act, EPF, ESI, etc.) in the construction and interior design sectors.

Design and enforce HR policies, code of conduct, and workplace safety protocols.

4. Leadership Development & Organizational Growth

Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR strategy and workforce planning.

Develop leadership programs to nurture future leaders within the organization.

Drive succession planning and leadership training for key roles.

5. Compensation & Benefits Management

Design competitive salary structures to attract and retain top talent.

Manage payroll, appraisals, and benefits administration effectively.

Optimize contract staffing vs. permanent hiring models based on business needs.

6. Handling Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution

Mediate disputes, grievances, and employee relations issues professionally.

Create a transparent and open work environment that fosters trust.

7. HR Digitalization & Automation

Implement HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) for efficiency.

Leverage data analytics for workforce planning and productivity tracking.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Experience : 8-15 years in HR leadership roles (preferably in real estate, construction, or interior design).

Education : MBA in HR / PG in Human Resource Management.

Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and workforce management in construction, interior design, and real estate.

Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead teams and drive HR strategies in a dynamic business environment.

Communication & People Skills : Ability to engage with stakeholders, manage workforce expectations, and build a strong organizational culture.
