Qualifications & Experience :
MBA / PGDM in HR from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute.
15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
Proven track record as
Head of HR
for a large BU or organization of 500+ associates.
Experience partnering with BU Heads ($25M+ P&L) or CXO-level leaders.
Strong exposure to IT / Technology Services; additional experience in Product / GCC is desirable.
Should be open to working from the office 5 days a week

Talent Strategy, Talent Management, Talent Operations, and Talent Acquisition .
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Management
Drive organizational culture and employee engagement.
Manage induction and onboarding for faster productivity.
Nurture talent through Learning & Development (L&D), including SLDP.
Create a performance-driven culture and meritocracy.
Lead leadership development programs and succession planning.
Enhance employer branding and industry recognition (e.g., GPTW).
Talent Operations
Ensure smooth execution of HR processes with minimal grievances.
Drive data-driven decision-making through effective systems and metrics.
Oversee payroll and HR-finance processes to enhance Employee Self Service (ESS) experience.
Strategic HR Leadership
Design and implement an integrated HR strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
Partner with the CXO layer and act as a buffer between management and leadership.
Manage HR budgets and ensure cost effectiveness.
Support investor readiness and represent HR in leadership forums.
Collaborate with marketing to strengthen employer branding.
