Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional leader to establish and scale our technology development center in India as a strategic competitive advantage.

This is a transformational leadership role responsible for building world-class development capabilities while overseeing technology professionals across multiple teams and functions.

The successful candidate will create a cost-effective, high-quality technology hub that becomes integral to our global operations.

This role requires someone who can build sustainable operations from the ground up while serving as our single point of accountability for all technology operations in India.

Key Responsibilities & Management

• Lead and inspire a large technology organization of professionals across multiple disciplines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and country-level leader for all India technology operations.
• Build and maintain high-performing teams through effective people management and leadership.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Develop and mentor senior managers and team leads across the organization.
