Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end performance and growth of assigned program categories.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and learner needs to optimize category strategy.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive enrollment and revenue targets.
- Develop pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies for assigned categories.
- Track and report category KPIs, including conversion rates, revenue, and ROI.
- Build relationships with university partners and manage operational execution.
- Identify opportunities for new programs and content enhancements within the category.
Requirements
8–15 years of experience in EdTech, higher education, or related sectors.Strong understanding of program management, revenue planning, and category strategy.Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, dashboards, and data-driven decisions.Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
