We are looking for a visionary Head - Technology to join our leadership team and shape the future of a fast-growing, service-based digital innovation company. You'll be instrumental in driving our technical direction, innovation strategy, and long-term business growth, with a clear path to create meaningful wealth through significant equity ownership. With a 13-year legacy of delivering product innovation to Fortune 500 companies and startups, we are a profitable, bootstrapped, multi-million-dollar company operating across India, Singapore, the USA, and UAE. We're now focused on 10X growth over the next 4 years—and we're looking for a like-minded entrepreneurial partner to build with us.

This role offers a fixed compensation of ₹20LPA , variable pay of100% . On being promoted to partner, there will be significant ESOPs
