This role offers a fixed compensation of ₹20LPA , variable pay of100% . On being promoted to partner, there will be significant ESOPs

Experience
6+ years of leadership experience in service-based organizations,.Proven record of scaling services or tech consulting businesses, managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects.Strong grounding in the IT services or digital agency space, with broad industry exposure.Technical Expertise
Hands-on understanding of full-stack development, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps ecosystems.Skilled at designing scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade systems.Ability to lead and influence architectural decisions across projects and teams.Mindset & Leadership
