Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Specialist – Network Transformation, based in Bengaluru. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the sales team, understanding customer requirements, and aligning them with suitable network transformation solutions. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and acting as a technical advisor to clients. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive and tailored solutions are provided to customers.

• Educational background in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Presales Specialist – Network Transformation to support our enterprise IT infrastructure business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and proposing networking solutions from leading OEMs such as Aruba, Cisco, Juniper, Ruckus, Arista, Fortinet, HPE, and Dell , among others.

  Engage with customers to understand their IT infrastructure, especially network environments, pain points, and transformation goals.

  Design and propose scalable, secure, and cost-effective network transformation solutions including SD-WAN, MPLS, LAN / WAN, Wi-Fi, and cloud-based networking.

  Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, solutions documents, bill of materials, and RFP responses.

  Collaborate with OEMs (Cisco, Juniper, HPE Aruba, etc.) and internal solution teams to align offerings with customer needs.

  Provide technical consulting and support during sales cycles including PoCs, workshops, and solution walkthroughs.

  Work closely with post-sales teams to ensure smooth handover and customer satisfaction.

   6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and networking with at least 3 years in a presales or solutioning role.

  Strong understanding of network design, LAN / WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, load balancers, and SD-WAN technologies.

 Experience in network assessments, transformation roadmaps, and migration strategies.

  Certifications such as CCNP, CCDP, NSE, or equivalent are preferred.

  Strong presentation, communication, and proposal writing skills.

   Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
