Curate compelling content and promotional materials to drive course promotion and brand awareness.

• Manage push notifications, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives to engage and retain customers.
• Develop and implement effective retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty.
• Develop out-of-the-box ideas to generate revenue and enhance brand awareness.
• Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing creatives for marketing materials.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as product, support, and tech, to optimize the customer experience and increase retention.
• Generate revenue through strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
• Manage affiliate programs to drive sales and revenue.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and market Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Creative flair and strong copywriting abilities.
• Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights.
• Proactive and comfortable to work under tight deadlines.
• Exposure to Banking, SSC, JAIIB & other competitive exams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a sense of ownership.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional Familiarity with Marketing automation tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, etc.
• Experience with Ed-tech companies
