Creating a conducive environment for smooth running of the Company's business.Administer and manage the affairs of CSR vertical and work towards strengthening the capacity of individuals or groups across all units in the organization's CSR division.Defining and developing strategies which underpin the company's CSR objectives.Build relationships with partner organizations, and then implement and coordinate a range of activities and initiatives, which are designed to have a positive impact on the environment and local communities.Develop ideas, policies and create detailed plans for innovative and robust CSR interventions.Visualize social challenges and opportunities and transform them into corporate strategies and CSR initiatives, if possible incorporating them into the value chain.Act as an internal and external representative for the company's CSR policies and projects.Review and monitor human resource deployment of CSR units across the location.Participate in recruitment, development and training of junior staff members.Promote activities undertaken, both to the media and to other stakeholders.Preferred Candidate Profile :
- Should have 18 years of experience
- Familiarity with government policy and trends related to CSR
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required
- Enthusiastic personality with positive attitude
- Candidates from Social Science / Social Work / TISS would be preferred
