We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our global team of innovators. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing remote technical and application problem resolution and escalation assistance related to software systems.
You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and debug complex computer systems and software. Respond to situations where end users have failed to isolate or resolve problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
