We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Support Specialist to work closely with the Marketing Head.
Success in this role means ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, handling client / student interactions with professionalism, keeping schedules organized, and supporting the execution of marketing tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage WhatsApp communication, share reminders, and handle follow-ups with professionalism.
- Organize calendars, book client / student calls, and ensure reminders are sent on time.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), assist students with access issues, and provide basic technical support.
- Publish content across social media platforms (content strategy provided).
- Maintain and organize Google Drive, Google Docs, and spreadsheets for reporting and record-keeping.
- Track ongoing tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
- Support with ad-hoc tasks, presentation preparation, and backend organization as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory if skills are proven).Prior experience in virtual assistance, admin support, or marketing support.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication (professional and student-friendly tone).Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Excel, and basic online tools.Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms (LMS, scheduling tools, CRM, etc.).Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Benefits
